WINLANDSCAPING
Finished artificial turf and desert landscape in Southern Utah

ARTIFICIAL TURF & SOD · SOUTHERN UTAH

Turf done from the ground up.

The visible part is only the finish. John measures the yard himself, looks at grade and drainage, and builds the base around the space you actually have.

THE WORK BELOW THE TURF

The base decides how the yard holds up.

Heat, drainage, hard edges and elevation changes all affect the installation. The point of the site visit is to see those conditions before anyone pretends to know the price.

01 · GRADE

Water needs somewhere to go

The yard is assessed for slope, low spots and the way water moves around patios, walls and the house.

02 · BASE

A flat finish starts underneath

Base preparation and compaction create the stable surface the finished turf or sod depends on.

03 · EDGES

Transitions should look intentional

Paths, planters, pavers and existing concrete are measured so the finished edges land cleanly.

BEFORE THE ESTIMATE

John looks at the whole site.

A square-foot number alone cannot account for access, existing material, drainage or the transitions around the yard. That is why WIN does not quote an installation without seeing it.

  • Grade and low spots
  • Drainage routes
  • Access for removal and base
  • Concrete and paver transitions
  • Pets and daily use
  • Turf or sod preference

A STRAIGHTFORWARD FIT CHECK

The right project for WIN.

WIN is an installation company. The best fit is a homeowner ready to change a defined part of the yard, not someone looking for a small repair call-out.

Good fit

  • New turf or sod installation
  • Replacing a lawn or unfinished dirt area
  • Turf combined with pavers, rock or planting
  • A front yard, back yard or defined zone

Not what we do

  • Patches and seam repairs
  • Sprinkler-head repair calls
  • Weekly lawn maintenance or mowing
  • Loose turf material sold without installation

THE PROCESS

From dirt to done.

No remote guess and no pressure. The first step is simply getting the real yard in front of the person who will scope it.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before the visit.

Can you price it from a photo?

A photo can help explain the idea, but not the grade, base material or access. John needs to see and measure the site before giving a real installation price.

Do you install both artificial turf and sod?

Yes. The right choice depends on the way you want to use the yard, the irrigation already there and the maintenance you want afterward.

Can turf be combined with pavers or gravel?

Yes. Turf often works best as one zone inside a broader yard plan with hard edges, walkways, planting or decorative rock.

Do you repair existing turf?

No. WIN focuses on installations rather than patches, seam repairs or small repair calls.
