This explains what we collect when you contact us or use this site, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to tell us to stop. Plain English, no small print.
Who we are
Win Landscaping LLC, a landscaping and hardscaping contractor serving St. George, Hurricane, Washington, Ivins, Santa Clara and the surrounding area of Southern Utah. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Win Landscaping LLC.
Marauder Labs runs our marketing, website, phone answering and customer records on our behalf. They handle your information under our instruction and are not permitted to use it for anything else.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you fill in the quote form, call, or text us, we collect what you provide. Usually that is your name, phone number, email address, the town or property address where the work would happen, which services you are interested in, and whatever you tell us about the project.
If you become a customer we also keep records of quotes, scheduled visits, the work carried out, and payments received.
Calls and messages
We use an automated answering service so calls get picked up when we are on a job site. Calls to our business number may be answered by an automated assistant, and may be recorded and transcribed so we have an accurate record of what was discussed and can follow up properly. If you would rather not be recorded, say so on the call, or email us instead.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: your approximate location based on IP address, device and browser type, which pages you looked at, how long you stayed, and which site or advert sent you here.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site, so we know which pages are useful and which adverts are worth paying for. It sets cookies in your browser and assigns your device a random identifier. It does not tell us your name.
Where we run advertising, Google may also set cookies to measure whether an advert led to an enquiry, and to avoid showing you the same advert repeatedly.
When you submit the quote form, Google may receive a securely hashed version of the email address or phone number you entered. This is used only to match the enquiry to an advert and improve advertising measurement; Google does not receive your project description from us.
You can stop this at any time. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings, and Google publishes an opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies will not stop you using this site or getting a quote from us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a visit to look at the work
- To prepare and send you a quote
- To carry out work you have booked, and to invoice for it
- To keep records of customers, quotes and jobs
- To understand which marketing brings in genuine enquiries
- To meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations
Calls and texts you agree to receive
When you send us your phone number through the form, or give it to us on a call, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry by phone call or text message, including with automated systems. This is so we can arrange a site visit and get you a price.
Agreeing to this is not a condition of buying anything from us. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. To stop calls, tell us on the call or email us, and we will add you to our do-not-call list.
Who else sees your information
We keep your information to ourselves and to the services we need in order to run the business. We do not sell it. The services we use are:
- Marauder Labs, our marketing partner, who operate the systems below on our behalf
- Notion, where our customer and job records are stored
- Vercel, which hosts this website
- Google, for website analytics and advertising measurement
- Our phone and answering providers, who route calls and texts to our business number and produce call transcripts
- Our bookkeeper and accountant, for invoicing and tax
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or where we need to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for up to two years, so we recognise you if you come back to us. Customer and job records, including invoices, are kept for at least seven years because tax and insurance rules require it. Call recordings and transcripts are kept for up to twelve months.
Your choices
- See what we hold. Ask us and we will tell you what we have about you.
- Correct it. Tell us if anything is wrong and we will fix it.
- Delete it. Ask us to remove your details and we will, unless we are required to keep records of work we have carried out for you.
- Stop hearing from us. Reply STOP to a text, or tell us by phone or email, and we will stop contacting you.
- Turn off tracking. Use your browser's cookie settings or the Google opt-out linked above.

Keeping it safe
The systems we use are access controlled and require sign-in, and this site is served over an encrypted connection. No system is perfect, but we do not keep anything we do not need, and we do not store card or bank details on this website.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
